Service Description

Primary Series guided in the tradition taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in the city of Mysore, India. The class is led by the teacher as a whole and you are required to keep the same pace and rhythm of the class. Students practice their own portion of the sequence of asanas up to "the posture were they are at". The teacher counts the class in Sanskrit giving verbal cues, but rare to no physical adjustments as you are supposed to know the correct sequence of postures.
